There is no finer example for Christian leadership than our Lord Jesus Christ. He declared, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep” (John 10:11).

To manage ALC effectively we must seriously take our lead from Scriptural principles and not from popular trends. We have been called to take charge with courage and character, and to risk leading his/her people where they need to go and how they need to be led. Our position seeks: vision, opportunities, and needs; and then motivates others to get it done through the resources, talents, and time they contribute.
